It works, I read other reviews and chose to add some to a gallon water jug and shake up aggressively and pour the dissolved solution into the pool and being careful not to pour out granules and then refill and continue the process a few times. Also letting it sit for a few minutes in the container seemed to help dissolve it.

Dispensing hint!

This product works just fine. Like others have said, it will take a few days to register on the test, do not add more the next day thinking that it is not working. It takes time! Also if you use the Clorox app and have all of your pool info entered, it will tell you how much product you will need to use. As for the dispensing &;dissolving of the stabilizer, a little trick I learned is to cut the leg off of an old stocking or pantyhose and fill it with the stabilizer, then tie it to the ladder or side of pool allowing it to hang in the water. This way it won’t be sitting on the bottom of your pool. And you can take it out of needed and not waste it. It doesn’t really dissolve on its own that fast, so every so often just squeeze the bag à couple times and it will help dispense it into the water quicker. Hope this helps.
